Our grief is great, our sorrow heavy, our memories light, our feelings tender. As we grieve Ann's passing, we are touched by all our past losses, all the traumas we have survived, not the least of which is our own grief over our children's struggles with FASD. At the center of that grief is our fear. We know it. We name it. What will happen to our children when we are gone? We cry. We hold each other up. We find hope in the raised awareness in our communities, our families, our world. We cling to hope that together we will find the way.
