Founded by "Mamasita Loquita"... the slightly Mad Mama from Arizona, aka Teresa Kellerman, Coordinator of the FAS Community Resource Center in Tucson
Requirements for membership: The only requirement is a desire to raise awareness about the leading cause of developmental disabilities: Static Encephalopathy (alcohol exposed).
