There is adequate funding for all services

The entire community is involved in cooperation

There is harmony among ethnic groups in the disabled community

All parents are involved in the service coordination of their children's care

All service departments cooperate and communicate

The general public is well informed about disabilities

All parents are empowered and able to empower their children

All families are counseled to be more functional

All needs and services are met for people with special challenges

Funding is available for all people with special challenges

People are able to choose their own providers

Case managers have close contact with clients and help them get needed services

People with disabilities have the power to make choices about services and supports

All children are educated in neighborhood schools

People choose those with whom they live

All buildings and transportation are accessible to all

All educators are adequately trained for their positions

Resources are shared

Adequate, appropriate services are provided to all people
